Cancellation policy

This policy explains how subscriptions ("Subscribe & Save") for Oryn Gentle Iron work, and how to cancel.
How subscriptions work
- When you choose Subscribe & Save, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically for each delivery until you cancel.
- Your plan renews on the schedule shown when you subscribed, matching your supply: every 2 months (1 bottle), every 6 months (3 bottles) or every 12 months (6 bottles).
- Subscribers save 15% off the one-time price. Each renewal is charged at the subscription price shown at checkout, plus any applicable shipping and taxes.
- Your first charge happens at checkout. Each renewal is charged on your billing date and your order ships shortly after.
How to cancel
You can cancel anytime, with no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment:
- Log in to your account, open Subscriptions, and select Cancel subscription.
To avoid being charged for your next order, cancel before your next billing date. Cancellation stops all future charges; orders that have already been charged will still be delivered.
Skip, pause or change your plan
From the Subscriptions page in your account, you can also skip a delivery, pause your subscription, or change how often it ships.
Refunds on renewals
If you're charged for a renewal you meant to cancel, contact us within 14 days of the charge. See our Refund Policy.
Price changes
If the price of your subscription changes, we'll email you at least 14 days before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we'll email you so you can update your payment method. If payment can't be completed, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
