Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Shipping rates and delivery times
- Standard tracked shipping: $8.00, or free on orders of $65 or more (including our 3-bottle and 6-bottle bundles).
- Estimated delivery: 7–12 business days after your order ships. Orders are fulfilled by our international fulfillment partner and shipped to you with full tracking.
In total, most orders arrive within about 2–3 weeks of being placed. Shipping costs and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout before you pay.
Order processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier delays, weather and high-volume periods can occasionally add time.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders are processed automatically on each billing date and delivered within the same estimated timeframe, so you receive your next supply before your current one runs out.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we'll always try to help.
Lost, damaged or late orders
If your package is damaged, lost, or hasn't arrived within 10 business days after its estimated delivery date, email support@oryn-shop.com. We'll send a free replacement or refund your order. See our Refund Policy for details.
